Today is dedicated to where you can find free wi-fi in the city.

Italy is not known for its wireless connectivity, but fortunately you are living in the city that is a step ahead. Sometimes its good to get out of the office and take your work outside or to a café in the city center. You have to know where to go though, because if not, you will be lugging around your computer all day for nothing.
If you want to know the closest place to you at this moment, go to the wifi locater http://milan.angloinfo.com/countries/italy/hotspots.asp type in your address and see the spots that they suggest.
Parco Sempione has wifi. But you must go to the Aquarium, the Triennale museum or the Torre Branca to sign up, which could be more hastle that you want.
FNAC: where you can buy a book, a new CD, television, you name it. But you can also grab a sandwich or coffee at the 2nd floor café, sit in a big leather seat and get to work on their free wifi.
