10 Corso Como is arguably the best store in the world. It’s like the best of Barneys NY, Saks Fifth avenue and Henri Bendel all in one beautiful space. Every piece of clothing, shoe, bag or jewelry will make you dream and dream big. Wanting and wishing and ohhing and awwing. It’s awesome in every sense of the world. Mostly everything has a ridiculous high price tag but there is no shame in just looking.

There are a few things in there however that you can take home or give as a gift without having to do the “is it worth it” debate in your head. But it is more of a store to splurge and browse. You will want to spend your one month paycheck here!

7th Floor of Rinascente

We are starting in the middle of it all, overlooking the city that is to be explored. If you haven’t already been, the top floor of the Rinascente department store is a must go for lunch or for a drink anytime of the day. The views of the duomo and the square can’t be beat and the people watching is awesome. The 7th floor of the Rinascente is as Milan as it comes. From fashion forward women to impeccably dressed business men. There are models, tourists and people speaking all languages. No matter who you are, you must at some point go to one of the cafes on the 7th floor, but make sure you go to the outside garden area and not be influenced by the hustle inside. Sit and enjoy your surrounding.
