Obika at the top of riniscente has some of the best mozzarella in the city, but more so, the view of the duomo, the people watching and grand outdoor patio make it an unbeatable spot for a perfect lunch. If you would rather get away from the tourists or the hustle of the duomo however, Obika does have another location in Milano that is in the Brera. In fact, this location is perhaps better for aperitivo or dinner because there are so many more places to go before and after dinner for all the cool going-ons.

The aperitivo at Obika is a nice change from the typical fare of most bars. Their menu is composed of salads and pastas, and the whole left side of the menu dedicated to their different mozzarella’s paired with antipastis. The food is genuinely excellent; high quality, fresh and flavorful- you will not be disappointed.

The name and restaurant ambiance has this sort of Asian theme, but the food has no Asian influence, its 100% Italian. In sum, Obika is: great food, nice waiters and a pleasant, fun atmosphere. Just go with the perfect date and you’re set!
Note: there are other locations around Italy (Rome, Turin, Fidenza, Firenze) as well as abroad (London, Tokyo, Kuwait City and New York City)
